Refund & Cancellation Policy

At A & S Apparels, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
    To cancel, please contact us at aenssfp@gmail.com with your order number.

  • After Shipment:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may proceed with a return (see Section 2).

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, customized orders, or final clearance items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at aenssfp@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
