• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹999.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. A & S Apparels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
